We are Salsus AS, and our goal is as simple as it is difficult: To produce the world's best broths and sauces for professional chefs.

Making real stock requires clean water, the best ingredients, a long time and a lot of knowledge. In cooperation with SIVA Norway, Innovation Norway and DNB, we have created a high-tech production plant that started production in May 2018. We now produce additive-free bone broths and sauces from valuable animal bone raw materials, and with the help of Norway's best chefs.
